Job Description

Develop sales strategies aligned with global and Japan goals, collaborating with sales managers.
Provide proactive support to sales channels through analysis and projects.
Analyze channel profit and loss to maximize investment impact.
Monitor inventory and provide insights for effective management.
Propose innovative sales ideas and support teams with analysis.
Demonstrate leadership in Japan team, communicating effectively with headquarters.
Collaborate closely with sales channels and managing directors.
Work with corporate teams for reporting and forecasting.
