Responsibilities: (day to day work)

• Work at customer site and interact with customer and offshore team.
• Collaborate with customer to capture the requirements and communicate it to offshore team.
• Technically lead the team in deciding the architecture and develop software/algorithms, adhering to planned schedule and quality.
• Work with Project managers, software developers & testers at offshore, to prioritize requirements in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Review and ensure the quality of design and source code.
• Ensure on time delivery and quality of the deliverables.

Must Have：

• Sound knowledge of Microcontrollers/Microprocessors, ARM MPU (ARMv8) architectures.
• Good understanding of ARM Cortex-A Core (A53/A55 preferred)
• Familiarity with ARM assembly instructions set
• Experience in Zephyr RTOS bring up
• Understanding of RTOS is good to have (FreeRTOS, ThreadX etc)
• A clear understanding of the board bring-up activities from reset
• Good Experience in MPU/SoC Board bring-up from bootloader to files system mounting, including hands-on experience with lab instruments like oscilloscopes and debuggers
• Familiarity with IDE/Debuggers like ARM-DS, Segger, etc.
• Experience with hardware debugger tools like Lauterbach, ULINK, JLINK

Good Have：

• Experience coordinating Onsite + Offshore team for project execution
• Sound knowledge of Microcontrollers/Microprocessors, ARM MPU (ARMv8) architectures
• Development and/or porting of BSP.
• Experience developing driver for MCU peripherals such as UART/I2C/SPI/USB/Ethernet/CAN/Flash
