- Eiken teaching experience preferred, but we’re willing to train those who are quick learners

Job Requirements:

- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 -3 years active experience in ESL instruction and some familiarity with EIKEN test instruction
- Live near or willing to relocate to our area (possible relocation and housing assistance available)
- Professional attitude, appearance and demeanor


Duties:

- Collaborating with other staff and management to offer our students academic excellence
- Teaching the same students each week, allowing for the development of strong rapport and impactful learning experiences
- Engaging with staff and students at all times
- Preparing and executing stimulating, enjoyable, and informative lessons
- Evaluating students skill sets and documenting each lesson
- Creating useful and interesting new materials that stimulate language acquisition
- Participating in staff meetings, EIKEN trainings, and all MR School events


Remuneration:

JPY 230,000/month – 300,000/month
Bi-annual bonuses and higher salaries possible for experienced and result-oriented teachers
