Required Experience/Abilities

• Native level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Business level Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or higher level)
• A love of games and playing them on a daily basis
• Basic PC operation skills (Word, Excel)

Preferred Experience/Abilities

• Extensive experience in QA work (tester, etc.) (game industry experience a plus)
• Leadership and team management skills
• IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience managing bug databases
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and processes
• Ability to multi-task
