EIRE Systems is 求人情報日本劳务签证能永驻吗working with a global Insurance industry company in Tokyo and seeking to hire a bilingual (JPN+ENG) IT/Applications Support Analyst for Office 365.

Working between the local Japan IT Helpdesk and the regional/global Applications SMEs (O365 Specialists), you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gaps between these groups.

This is a newly created position that will have a matrix report line – to technical leadership in the Asia Pacific region and local Japan End User Technology (EUT) support management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between the local Japan IT Helpdesk and regional/global O365 Application Specialist teams.
Act as the O365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) for iPad users, taking ownership of escalations from the iPad help desk team.
Collaborate with the regional O365 Application Support team, managing diverse devices such as Windows PCs/Laptops, Mac, iPhones, and iPads.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of documentation for the existing environment.

スキル・資格

Key Requirements:

All-round end user technology technical knowledge including but not limited to: Windows OS PCs/Laptops, Apple iOS (iPhones & iPads), basic PowerShell and experience on O365 (including Microsoft InTune).
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an international enterprise environment.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
