About The Position
● The Regional Manager(Japan) will be a part of the Global Business Development
Business to manage and drive the growth of Japan business with Beauty Selection’s
brands and influencers
● The Global Business Development Team builds and executes strategic plans to expand
Beauty Selection’s global business by leveraging Beauty Selection’s unparalleled
capabilities and networks in the commerce scene

Responsibilities
● Develop & execute Go-to-Market strategy for the Japan business across online/offline
channels
● Discover new online/offline sales channels and grow key accounts
● Conduct market/consumer research and identify trends to expand Beauty Selection’s
brands into the Japanese market.
● Create and post engaging content on the brand’s social media and respond to direct
emails.
● Create online/offline ads and content
● Assist the process of pioneering influencer partnership, such as listing, contacting, and
communicating with influencers in Japan
● Support overall brand operation in collaboration with HQ

Qualifications
● Japanese native speaker, residing in Japan or Korea
● Marketing experience in the cosmetics industry with a profound understanding of Japan’s
cosmetics market
● Ability to drive results based on a proactive mindset of problem-solving and execution
skills
● Passionate & action-driven mindset to produce better results

Preferences
● Strong understanding for the beauty and cosmetics commerce industry in Japan
● Experience in collaboration with influencers in Japan
● Online & Offline channel network (within beauty and cosmetics industry) will be a plus
