As an L3 Infrastructure Support Engineer specializing in both Network and Server (Linux/Windows/VMware/Cloud Platform),人情日本打工正规劳务公司 you will be the primary point of contact for handling complex issues that go beyond the scope of L2 support.

This role requires a deep understanding of network and server technologies, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of the team, serving as the initial L3 engineer for Network and Servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues that L2 support cannot address.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in network and server technologies, including Linux, Windows, VMware, and Cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive L3 support and contribute to the resolution of complex problems.
• Acquire initial knowledge of existing systems from the L2 team and US team, eventually becoming the primary caretaker for infrastructure support in Japan.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an L3 Infrastructure Support Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of network and server technologies, including Linux, Windows, VMware, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Technical know-how of IT products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to take ownership of infrastructure support responsibilities and contribute to the team's growth.
